Impact and Transparency: Our Commitment to Accountability
Kibele Association acts with a sense of responsibility toward our supporters. Where donations go, how successful our projects have been, how the association is managed — we provide honest and transparent answers to all these questions.
Transparency Forms the Foundation of Our Association
Kibele Association operates technology-driven social projects for women, children, and street animals. Since we are newly established, we have not yet published systematic impact reports. However, this does not mean postponing our accountability commitment; rather, we are building a transparent and reliable infrastructure, informing our supporters, and planning to set good examples in the long term.
Donation Usage Principles
Every donation made to Kibele is used in the specified area, or if not specified, for the association's most urgent needs. All expenses—from food production to vocational training programs, veterinary services to education scholarships—are recorded. Our donors can, upon request:
- Learn where their donations were spent.
- Receive regular updates about project developments.
- Maintain open communication with us regarding the association's financial status and activities.
Reporting and Audit Commitment
Kibele Association commits to publishing the following periodic reports:
Periodic Impact Reports
Every six months, we will share the results of our projects and their social impact in outline form. Data such as how many women participated in vocational training programs, how many children received educational support, how many street animals received health services — real and measurable results without false figures.
Financial Information
We provide annual transparency reports and accounting audits regarding the association's income and expenses. Accounts that have passed the review of official auditors are shared with our supporters upon request.
Independent Audit
Kibele is open to audits of the association's operations and financial transactions. We work with commercial and civil society auditors to build a reliable system.
Organizational Management and Decision Process
Kibele's board of directors bears responsibility for all decisions of the association. Project selections, donation usage, and personnel matters are handled in accordance with the association's principles. For major decisions, we aim to prepare an environment open to the views of volunteers and supporters.
Transparency Builds Trust. Trust Drives Action.
When you support Kibele, you will know exactly where your donations go and how much difference they will make.
